INTENDED USE
One step Ovulation Urine Test is a qualitative,one-step assay for the detection of human luteinizing hormone (LH) in urine as an aid in conception by reliably predicting ovulation. It is intended for use by the lay person.
NOTE:(1)The results of this test should not be used as an aid for contraception.As sperm can survive for 72 hours you might still become pregnant if
you had intercourse before you detected your L.H. surge.(2This test must not be used to determine fertility. (3)The test can not be used for birth control.

PRINCIPLE
The test is a lateral flow chromatographic immunoassay. The test utilizes a combination of antibodies including a monoclonal LH antibody to selectively detect elevated levels of LH. The test strip include:(1) a conjugate pad containing anti-βLH antibody coupled to colloidal gold, and(2) nitrocellulose membrane containing a test line (T line) and a control line (C line). When the absorbent end is immersed into a sample, the sample is absorbed into the device by capillary action and mixes with the antibody-dye conjugate.The complex migrates along the membrane to the mouse anti-α-LH antibody test region (T), and remains captured in the T line.
